[Recreation-announce] Meridian Park Construction

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Construction on the New Indoor Recreation Facility Gym in Loganville, located at Meridian Park (Hwy 81 and Twin Lakes Rd.), begins April 2008!

WALKERS: There may be times that sections of the walking trail, and parking will not be available due to construction. 

PARKING: In order to avoid parking problems, please park at West Walton Park, to use walking trail. 

(Please do not park at the Next Generation Day Care). 

NO FISHING DERBY: The 2008 Fishing Derby will be held at Mathews Park in Monroe Only.

WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE TO OUR CITIZENS, AND WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT POSSIBLE TO INSURE CONTUNUED USE OF MERIDIAN PARK DURING THIS TIME. 

WALTON COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION IS MOVING FORWARD WITH MORE FACILITIES, PROGRAMS AND IMPROVEMENTS THAT WILL MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR RESIDENTS ACTIVE LIFESTYLES, AND BENEFIT OUR COMMUNITY.
